Privacy and your quote request
This page explains the information used when you request a chauffeur quote or choose to allow website analytics.
Information you send
The quote form asks for trip details and contact information so our team can assess your request, clarify your itinerary and send availability and pricing. Optional notes are for practical travel requirements. Please do not include passport details, payment card numbers or other sensitive documents.
Requests are sent to our Riddr lead management service for handling by the team. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter and does not confirm a booking.
When request recovery is available, the form asks for your agreement to save an incomplete request and contact you about it. After you agree and provide valid contact details, the information entered so far is saved automatically, even before final submission. An incomplete request is marked as a draft for our team to confirm with you.
If delivery fails, an encrypted copy is kept on the website’s server and delivery is retried automatically. Server copies are removed seven days after successful delivery to Riddr. Undelivered copies remain available for recovery. Your browser stores only a temporary request identifier for retrying the same request, for up to seven days; contact details and trip notes are not saved in browser storage by this feature.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, this website loads Umami and Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as quote form steps and contact clicks. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it using the analytics settings control when available, or clear the website’s stored browser data to choose again.
With analytics accepted, the landing page, referring website and campaign labels can also accompany your request to help us understand which services bring enquiries. We do not send your name, email, phone number or free-text trip notes as analytics events. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting a quote.
Optional behaviour analytics
When configured, PostHog is offered as a separate, optional choice after the website analytics choice above. Accepting Umami or Google Analytics does not automatically activate PostHog. If you separately allow behaviour analytics, we measure page navigation, reservation form steps, submissions and contact actions to understand where visitors encounter difficulties. Declining does not affect your quote request.
The integration is configured for PostHog’s EU service. Session replay is disabled unless separately enabled for this website and permitted by your behaviour analytics choice. When active, it masks text and form inputs and excludes sensitive flows. We do not identify you by name or send contact details, free-text requests, lead identifiers or URL query parameters to PostHog. Network response bodies and console logs are not recorded.
Your behaviour analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can change or withdraw it using the behaviour analytics settings control. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent collection. The integration does not collect behaviour data from visits before you give permission.
Contact channels
If you choose WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you share is also handled by that communication provider. A WhatsApp link prepares a message; you decide whether to send it.
Questions about your information
For questions about a request or to ask the team to access, correct or delete information you have supplied, email zayn.limousine@gmail.com. Include enough context to locate your request without sending sensitive identity documents.
